Design Crush: Becca Interiors

Becca Casey is someone I literally just discovered this morning while on Pinterest. I am loving her restrained palette and combination of rustic and modern, antique and new. It’s a great look that has me chomping at the bit to find a new house to redo. :)

This home is a “country home” in Connecticut, and I just LOVE this entry! We’re doing a home with this kind of entry set up now (round table with seating around it that serves as an entry table but also a place to eat/ play games, etc.) I find it so charming to have such a multi-use area in the home.

This little open mudroom situation is genius too. Love the floor and the millwork color (looks like F&B Pigeon to me, for those wondering)

Adore this combination of pattern and texture.

Neutral but hardly boring!

I’m noting all the painted trim in this home and am finding it very interesting.

A neutral child’s room, again with painted millwork. An interesting mix of natural wood window casing and painted crown and baseboard too!

This space is in NYC, and showcases how to make a smaller space feel open and light with the right paint colors and pieces.

This little kitchen cart makes such a great mini-island.

These chairs are simple, but have SUCH beautiful lines.

I just LOVE this image. Such a pretty mix of pieces in this bedroom.

Of course, now that I’ve seen this (and a super sneak peek of Lauren Liess’ next book, I want to go back to a totally neutral house…. OMG, you can NEVER settle on any one look when you do this for a living!)
